After 5 mins walk down the beach, we found the USS Lexington. The retired WWII aircraft carrier. Now peacefully floating in front of us as a public Museum.
Take a closer look. It is huge.
Entrance to the ship is guarded by Navy's blue fighter (F-18a) and a big, fat, underwater mine (MK-6).

On board the ship are fighters from WWII to morden warfare including this big F-14
Front gun and the bridge tells the history of the ship.
WIth each red dot represents a ship he sunk or a plane he took down.
Review from the flight deck. Anyone know what this is? Looks like a fishing pole
After visiting the big boat, it is already approaching dusk. We decided to walk around the city a little bit. The city is very very windy but still quiet in terms of tourist
We happen to meet this little man near a hotel entrance.
We happen to meet this little man near a hotel entrance.
Not far away, inside the door. This was a beautiful flower greeting the guests.
Quiet Streets
We also have a different view of the bridge.
In about 10-15 mins walk, we arrived the shore park. It has a long walk along the coast line starting with some .... neted sky??
A little investment of water creates a lot of fun for kids.
It is very windy today.
We found a another group of seabirds. Quiet and excited.
They are actually not afraid of human and you can walk into the group so long as you dont behave as a hunter. |

Sunsets, sky and sea becomes darker.
However, this does not provent birds enjoying their life.
Nor preventing the people walking, fishing and saling.

Finally, night coming. Let's end this journey with reviews of both land and sea.
